Zach founded ACC in 2016 and started out as the sole staff member, doing everything. Now he works on partnerships, writes grants, and secures funding for our crews. You'll see him around the office and in the field when he's able!

Robbie works with our project partners to plan and schedule each season's work. He manages program structure and keeps track of our crews' accomplishments in the field. You'll see him at the shop giving out career advice and tool sharpening tips.

Eleanor (She/Her) - Crew Program ManagerEleanor takes care of logistics, vehicles, tool/gear maintenance, trainings, and some project management. You'll see her at the shop fixing your tools and when she visits crews in the field to provide technical assistance!
Lauren (She/Her) - Crew Program CoordinatorLauren handles project management, leader supervision, and crew management for our adult crews, primarily on the trail side. You'll see her in the field moving big rocks or running a chainsaw for project support or just for fun!
Sarah (She/Her) - Recruitment CoordinatorSarah recruits for crews and keeps all of us organized on the paperwork side of things from onboarding to AmeriCorps compliance to payroll. You may talk to her on the phone, and you'll see her at the office keeping everyone on track!

Christian (He/Him) - Forestry & Watersheds Senior Program CoordinatorChristian handles logistics, project management, crew management, and training for our chainsaw, planting and invasive species crews. You'll see him for training and on field visits to support crew work!
Emma (She/Her) - Crew Program CoordinatorEmma contributes to project management and training for our herbicide and planting crews, as well as supporting saw projects. You'll see her during training and throughout the season for project support, technical expertise, and field visits!
Dannise (she/her) - Enrollment SpecialistDannise recruits, interviews, and selects for our crew member positions, as well as helping support members throughout their season. You'll speak with her on the phone before your term and see her at the office helping manage paperwork and admin needs!

Maddie (She/Her) - IP Program ManagerMaddie manages agreements, partnerships, and reporting to keep our Individual Placement program running. She works remotely from our office but you may see her virtually or in-person during your orientation.
