Robbie (He/Him) - Crew Program Director |
Zach founded ACC in 2016 and started out as the sole staff member, doing everything. Now he works on partnerships, writes grants, and secures funding for our crews. You'll see him around the office and in the field when he's able!

Robbie works with our project partners to plan and schedule each season's work. He manages logistics and keeps track of our crews' accomplishments in the field. You'll see him at the shop helping crews rig up and de-rig, and at trainings supporting crews!

Eleanor (She/Her) - Crew Program Coordinator
Eleanor works on logistics, tool/gear maintenance, crew training, and project management for our trail, developed rec, and some saw projects. You'll see her at the shop and when she visits crews in the field to provide technical assistance!
Lauren (She/Her) - Youth Program Coordinator
During the summer, Lauren manages all our youth programming from hiring to logistics and project management. When she's not mentoring youth crews and their leaders, she's running a chainsaw or moving big rocks to support our adult programming!

Christian (He/Him) - Forestry & Watersheds Program Coordinator
Christian handles tools, gear, logistics, project management, and training for our chainsaw and invasive species crews and keeps our chainsaw fleet running. You'll see him for training and on field visits to support crew work!
Emma (She/Her) - Forestry & Watersheds Field Supervisor
Emma spends most of her time out in the field with crews, but also contributes to project management and training. You'll see her during training and throughout the season for project support, technical expertise, and field visits!

Maddie (she/her) - IP Program Manager
Maddie works remotely and manages opportunities for our IP program. You may talk to Maddie on the phone before or during your season, and will be supported by her throughout your term.

Laura (She/Her) - IP Member Support Coordinator
Laura recruits, orients, and supports our IP members throughout their terms. You'll chat with her before your season, check in during your service, and maybe even get a visit from her to check in with you in person!
