Check out the tabs above for more info about what to expect on your crew or during your term - whether you're wondering about how to pack a backpack, when you'll get paid, how to deal with your period in the woods, or where to get some good food when you're not in the field, we have answers for you!

Things to do before your first day

1. PAPERWORK

  • Complete all your paperwork on Axiom Onboarding. Check your spam folder in your email if you haven't gotten login information.
  • Don't forget to bring your ORIGINAL IDs on your first day (either social security card and passport OR social security card, birth certificate, and driver's license)!

2. GATHER GEAR

  • Let us know about any loaner gear needs based on the appropriate gear list for your crew.
  • Purchase any other gear that you need from the gear list.
  • Get everything packed and ready to go. You may want to test out your gear beforehand.
  • Break in your boots if they are new!
